AutoTest EV Kit

AutoTest EV Kit

The AutoTest EV Kit is a comprehensive workshop solution designed to support roadworthy and safety inspections for electric and hybrid vehicles. Combining the AutoTest InfraRed Camera and Carbon Monoxide Tester, it enables technicians to quickly detect thermal faults from -20°C to 400°C and accurately monitor carbon monoxide (CO) levels of 35 ppm, helping identify potential hazards before they become critical safety risks.

Thermal Imaging in 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1: Scan Components

Inspect EV and hybrid vehicle components using thermal imaging.

STEP 2: Detect & Capture Hotspots

Identify temperature anomalies from -20°C to 400°C and save thermal images for future reference.

STEP 3: Review & Respond

Assess results and investigate potential faults before they become safety risks.

CO Monitoring in 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1: Measure Ambient Conditions

Turn on the Carbon Monoxide Tester and position it in the area being assessed.

STEP 2: Identify Potential Safety Risks

View live CO readings on the LCD display.

STEP 3: Take Appropriate Action

Use the results to support safety procedures, including vehicle isolation and further assessment where required.
